Improv for Scientists - Kelly Fischer
My name is Kelly Fischer and I am a senior completing my degree in Environmental Science this spring at UMM! On April 29th, I will be hosting a free workshop called "Improv For Scientists", which will discuss the importance of communicating science with the general public in a way that is accessible and personable. We will review several principles of scientific communication and play improv games that help employ these techniques.
This event should be fun and informative for all majors due to its interdisciplinary nature! I am trying to spread the word as much as possible, so please let me know if you are interested in putting up the attached poster outside of your office! If you would like a copy or have questions, please feel free to email me at email@example.com. Students, staff, faculty, and community members are all welcome at the workshop!
Thank you for your time!
