The 2020 election is a litmus test for the Trump administration and the last four years of Republican rule. It comes at a time of racial unrest, an economic recession, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Clearly this election is extraordinary. Tim Lindberg and Roger Rose from the UMN Morris Political Science discipline offer commentary on the national and state races, putting into perspective what's at stake and what some likely outcomes might be.

Join the conversation via Zoom on Tuesday, October 20 at 7:00 p.m. Wherever you fall in the political spectrum, consider participating in the discussion following the speaker remarks.

This event is sponsored by Briggs Library and the Political Science discipline.
