DESCRIPTION:Enjoy an evening of original choreography\, Minnesota history\,
  and magic as the UMN Morris Performing Arts Series welcomes the Fargo Moor
 head Ballet to the Edson Auditorium on Saturday\, January 28.  \n\nThe Farg
 o Moorhead Ballet is a regional professional dance performance company reco
 gnized and respected nationally for its original choreography\, employment 
 of quality artists\, and the continuing creative development of the company
 ’s educational and outreach programming. FM Ballet presents a multidiscipli
 nary repertoire from ballet\, jazz\, moderns\, and tap\, under the artistic
  direction of Matt Gasper. The FM Ballet is celebrating its 19th season in 
 2023.\n\nThe event is free of charge (no tickets required) and open to the 
 public. The event will be held in the Morris Student Center\, Edson Auditor
 ium of the Edward J and Helen Jane Morrison Performing Arts Center.\n\nJoin
  Acting Chancellor Janet Schrunk Ericksen at a reception for the Morris com
 munity and campus before the Fargo Moorhead Ballet performance at 5 p.m. in
  the Student Center\, Grand Foyer\, Edward J. and Helen Jane Morrison Perfo
