Lavender Graduation Celebration

Join LGBTQIA2S+ Programs for a celebration of the achievements and contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, asexual, two spirit, other gender, and sexual minority students, along with ally graduating students.  We also recognize the outstanding contributions of faculty, staff, students, and community leaders involved with LGBTQIA2S+ issues and concerns.

This event is open to all students, staff, faculty, and community members who wish to help us celebrate graduation and LGBTQIA2S+ advocacy in the Morris community.

This year’s Lavender Celebration will take place in person for our honoree students, and virtually via zoom for attendees on Friday, April 16, 2021. If you are graduating in May 2021, or have graduated in May 2020 or December 2020, please fill out this form to RSVP for the in-person ceremony. All other guests or attendees should fill out the zoom webinar registration link. Please direct any questions, comments, concerns, or accessibility requests to Jade Simonton at
