UMN Morris has contracted with AACRAO Consulting to provide an outside lens on our retention processes and strategies as a piece of our efforts around student retention. Stan Henderson and Cedric Howard will be on campus meeting widely with campus community members to learn about our practices and processes in order to provide recommendations with the goal of assisting us as we work to enhance student retention and increase enrollment.

An open forum for anyone who would like to provide input about enrollment and retention to Mr. Henderson and Dr. Howard is planned for Wednesday, April 24, from 3:20-4:20 in the Cow Palace (Imholte 109). If your schedule allows, please make an effort to attend and provide your perspectives on this important initiative. 

Both team members have extensive experience in enrollment management. Stan Henderson served as Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management at the University of Michigan – Dearborn for 10 years, and worked in enrollment management previous to that role at the University of Illinois Urbana, University of Cincinnati, Western Michigan University, and Wichita State. Cedric Howard is currently Vice President for Enrollment and Student Services at SUNY Fredonia, and served before that as Vice Chancellor for Student and Enrollment Services at the University of Washington Tacoma.
