Renew weight management is a 12 week interactive program led by a Stevens Community Medical Center Registered Dietician. 

TheRenew weight management program offers support for weight loss and maintenance in a group setting on the UMM campus.  

As a University employee and UPlan member, you can:

      Receive an individualized meal plan and a personal health journal.

      Have your $100 registration fee reimbursed when you attend 10 out of 12 classes

      Complete a nutrition assessment earn 150 Wellness Points toward reducing your 2017 annual rates.
